Service Advisor

Due to the growth of our Aftersales Business, we are looking to recruit an Experienced Service Advisor to join our existing team here at Menapia Motors Renault & Dacia.

The Role:

At Menapia Motors our service advisors provide the link between our highly trained workshop technicians and our customers during a service visit. They also act as our retail centre's front line in delivering a customer focused service in a fast-paced environment.

They perform the key role of knowledgeable advisor to our customers in respect of the care of their vehicles and in explaining the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

The role is highly customer focused and requires an understanding of the importance of providing excellent customer service.

Duties Include:

• Dealing with all retail customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Appointment booking, job scheduling and liaising with our customers and internal departments.
• Assist in the day-to-day administration and management of our busy Service Department.
• Process all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verify criteria required by manufacturer.
• Maintain all service and customer records as required by the manufacturer/warranty provider.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have experience in customer service, excellent numeracy skills, be computer literate and be very organised.
• Experience in the Motor Trade or general mechanical knowledge will give a distinct advantage.
• Must have the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic working environment.

Full training will be provided.

This role is remunerated by way of extremely generous salary and large profit-sharing scheme combined with a commitment to training, career development and progression into more senior roles.
