Menapia Motors are currently recruiting a Trainee Car Sales Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our sales team at Menapia Motors Wexford. Experience in motor sales is not necessary but a genuine interest in cars will be an advantage. Full training will be provided.

Working as part of a successful dynamic team, your challenge will be to contribute to our sales growth by providing our customers with a solution that meets their unique requirements.

This Trainee Car Sales Executive position is an ideal role if you are looking for a career in a performance pay related role whereby you are directly rewarded financially for your hard work and sales success with the ability to earn a very generous overall financial package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products
  • Deliver a first class customer experience
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maximise customer retention
  • Ensure the completion of all sales paperwork accurately
  • Prospect for new and used vehicle customers to create additional sales opportunities

The Candidate:

  • Be self-confident and self-motivated
  • Be target driven
  • Show good attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication skills

Education and Qualifications:

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or higher
  • Competent in Basic IT packages
  • Full Driving Licence

This role is remunerated by way of a Basic Salary and Commission Structure and will suit the self-motivated, ambitious and hardworking sales person looking to take the next step in their sales career and forge a career in the Motor Industry.
