Junior Car Sales Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products
  • Deliver a first class customer experience
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maximise customer retention
  • Ensure the completion of all sales paperwork accurately
  • Prospect for new and used vehicle customers to create additional sales opportunities

Education and Qualifications:

  • Educated to Leaving Certificate standard or higher

Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator

Menapia Motors has a reputation based on unrivalled levels of customer service and to support this objective we require a Warranty Administrator/Service Advisor who shares this commitment.

The Role:

At Menapia Motors, our service advisors provide the link between our highly trained workshop technicians and our customers during a service visit and act as our retail centre’s frontline in delivering a customer focused service in a fast paced environment. They perform the key role of knowledgeable advisor to our customers in respect of the care of their vehicles and in explaining the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with Renault and Dacia specifications.

Applicants must have experience in customer service, excellent numeracy skills, be computer literate and be very organised. The role is highly customer focused and requires an understanding of the importance of providing top class customer service. Warranty administration is time sensitive and will require the ability to work to a tight time schedule. Interest in the Motor Trade will give a distinct advantage.

Full training will be provided.

Duties Include:

•Dealing with all retail customers in a friendly and professional manner

•Process all warranty paperwork, ensuring proper documentation and verify criteria required by factory or distributor.

•Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments.

•Maintain all service and customer records as required by the manufacturer/warranty provider.
The ideal candidate will have administration experience, ability to learn fast in a dynamic working environment.  Attention to detail is important in this role, as is good customer service.
